My wife and I recently spent a fantastic weekend at Lake Garda , combining my passion for golf with her desire to relax in a luxurious environment. While I took advantage of the included green fee to play at the Gardagolf Country Club , my wife relaxed in the hotel spa with its hydromassage, swimming pools and emotional courses. The Gardagolf , with its 27 holes and its courses immersed in an extraordinary landscape, is truly a must for every golfer. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail and the challenge offered by each hole.
On the second day, I took advantage of the included green fee again to explore the Arzaga Golf Club , another masterpiece located a short distance from the hotel . The courses, designed by Jack Nicklaus II and Gary Player, offer a perfect combination of technique and scenic beauty. While I was testing myself on the undulating greens and wide fairways, my wife enjoyed a rejuvenating treatment in the spa , appreciating the tranquility and luxury that the Hotel Monastero can offer.
A Touch of Culture: The Vittoriale degli Italiani and Salò
In the afternoon, we decided to explore the local culture by visiting the Vittoriale degli Italiani in Gardone Riviera . This place is a true treasure trove of history and art, and walking through its gardens was a fascinating experience for both of us.
We wanted to spend the evening on the lake shore and headed to Salò. With its picturesque lakeside and charming streets, Salò was the perfect setting for a relaxing evening. Our day ended with a memorable dinner at La Veranda Restaurant , located directly on the lake. The exquisite food and romantic atmosphere made the evening unforgettable.
Our Perfect Itinerary
